WE IMPROVE HEALTH
At INSPIRE we have a variety of classes to suit everyone from the beginner to the experienced yogi. Yoga will improve your physical health, fitness, aid detoxification, help with weight loss and improve body shape. Perhaps more importantly yoga will also improve your mental health, relieve stress, aid sleep, calm the mind, improve concentration, aid focus and leave you with a better understanding of who you are.
WE BUILD CONFIDENCE
Many of our students have told us that their self-confidence has improved after practising with us. They have learned that they are stronger than they thought they were, more able to cope with the stresses of their lives and many things seem less of a challenge than they used to. Self-acceptance, self – love and self-worth are something that everyone finds is improved with a regular practice as well as clarity of mind and inner peace.
WE ENJOY AND HAVE FUN
Most importantly INSPIRE is not a competitive studio. Our studio is focused on shared experience and relaxed friendliness. We all appreciate that each other’s lives can become stressful at times and offer a safe, friendly and fun environment in which to come and let go.
